  ZOETIS Advocin is an antibiotic indicated for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease (BRD) associated with Mannheimia haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida in cattle. DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION: Each ml contains 180 mg danofloxacin mesylate. Advocin is given SQ at either 8 mg/kg body weight (2 ml/100 lbs) as a one time injection, or at 6 mg/kg body weight (1.5 ml/100 lbs) with this treatment repeated once approximately 48 hours following the first injection.
